Frequently asked questions
Most repairs are completed the same day or the next business day. More complex work (e.g. board-level repair) may take 2–5 business days. We confirm the exact timeline after diagnostics.
In practice, we repair all phones – screens, batteries, charging ports, and other common faults. If your model is not on our list, it is best to contact us first: we will confirm whether we can take it in and tell you the timeframe and price.
Yes. All repair work includes a warranty – typically 6 months, depending on the type of fault and parts replaced. Warranty terms are always stated on your repair order.
The price depends on your phone model and part quality. You will see the exact price in the booking form after selecting the manufacturer and model, or you can contact us. In-store diagnostics is free if you proceed with the repair.
We specialise in Apple (iPhone) and Samsung (Galaxy) devices. If you have a question about another model, send us a message and we will let you know if we can help.
We recommend booking online – it reserves a time slot and speeds up service. You can also walk in without an appointment, but wait times may be longer, especially at busy periods.
We aim not to touch your data, but in some cases (e.g. full screen replacement or board repair) a device reset may be required. We recommend backing up your phone before handing it in (iCloud, Samsung Cloud, or to a computer).
